In addition, our attorneys have represented entities before various Texas courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court regarding oil and gas leases and a myriad of contractual matters related to oil and gas development and exploration.  We have been involved in landmark court decisions and legislation relating to the oil and gas industry, including matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.  We have also represented large publicly traded entities and national corporations in energy-related disputes ranging from contracts relating to delivery of coal for power plants to natural gas pipeline contracts.
