The firm does not aspire to represent all legal needs, or to be a large, impersonal firm, but rather to use our experience and abilities by concentrating our efforts in several specialized areas of practice. These specialized areas of practice can be described in two basic categories.

First, our attorneys handle business, planning and transactional issues of our clients. This focus allows the firm to provide sophisticated, knowledgeable representation. The firm's lawyers have wide experience in virtually all legal aspects of business, from the formation of complex entities to the provision of services for the ongoing operation of businesses. Some transactional areas that the firm focuses on are mortgage lending, church and non-profit lending, estate planning, complex real estate transactions, and business entity formation.

Second, the firm is also devoted to the representation of our clients' interest through our civil litigation practice, including commercial litigation matters and the defense of first and third-party insurance claims. The firm has represented and continues to represent a diverse group of clients in these areas from large national or multi-national corporations, to publicly traded entities, to individuals and sole proprietorships.

The firm serves large publicly traded entities, mortgage lenders, trust companies, property management companies, banks, feedyards, land developers, health care providers, economic development corporations, churches and nonprofit organizations, oil and gas entities, and numerous small businesses and individuals.

In addition to providing outstanding legal representation, the firm's lawyers are actively involved in various charitable and community activities. Several members of the firm are presently serving, or have recently served, on the boards of directors of outstanding universities, charities, churches, and community organizations.
