Partner

Mr. Brooks became a partner of the firm on January 16, 2001. He has practiced law in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle for fourteen years, and is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses on civil litigation, involving cases focusing on commercial disputes, as well as defense of personal injury claims on behalf of insurance policyholders and companies.

Mr. Brooks graduated High School from Wheeler High School in Wheeler, Texas. Following his college and post graduate education from Texas A&M (B.S. cum laude) and Texas Tech School of Law (J.D. magna cum laude), he returned to the Texas Panhandle to enjoy the wonderful people and climate in which he was raised.

Mr. Brooks is married to Laura, and has two children, Hänna and William.
