Ms. Hawkins joined the firm in 2011. Her practice areas focus on estate planning and probate, including contested probate matters, real estate law, and business law.

Hollye received her undergraduate degrees in political science and public relations from Texas Tech University; she received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Hollye and her husband, Brent, are Amarillo natives and were excited to return to Amarillo in 2003 after Hollye graduated from law school and Brent graduated from dental school.
Hollye began her legal career in Amarillo working under a seasoned probate and estate planning attorney. Under her mentor, Hollye was able to build a solid foundation in her practice area.

Immediately prior to joining with Burdett, Morgan, Williamson, and Boykin, Hollye managed her own successful solo law practice. Hollye also has a passion for entrepreneurship--she is or has been a integral partner in a number of small businesses.

Outside of the office, Hollye is involved in the Amarillo Association of Young Lawyers; she served as president in 2010-2011. Hollye has been editor of the Amarillo Area Bar Association newsletter and has been actively involved in the Teen Court program through the Amarillo Municipal Courts. She is a member of the Amarillo Area Estate Planning Council and on the Board of the Colonies Homeowners' Association. In 2009, she was named in the Top 20 Under 40 by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce.

For fun, Hollye is a sports junkie. She loves to run, play tennis, golf and ski in both water and snow. She also loves to watch college and professional football.

Hollye's greatest project/accomplishments are her 3 children; a first born son and twins who are two years younger; her most prevalent, on-going goal is raising 3 motivated and well-adjusted children in a Godly home.
