Ms. Rahlfs joined the Firm in March, 2007, during her fourth year of practicing law. Ms. Rahlfs’s practice focuses primarily on employment and labor law-related issues for business clients.
Ms. Rahlfs was raised in Amarillo, Texas and is a graduate of Amarillo High School. Following her high school education, Ms. Rahlfs attended Amarillo College and the University of North Texas. Ms. Rahlfs graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Texas in December of 1999. Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Rahlfs attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 with her juris doctorate degree. At Texas Tech School of Law, Ms. Rahlfs served on the Board of Editors for Texas Tech’s Law Review. She is also a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.
Ms. Rahlfs is admitted to practice in Texas State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She has served in various volunteer capacities as a board member and a community investment volunteer. Ms. Rahlfs has also presented lectures and written papers on various labor and employment law issues.
Ms. Rahlfs is married to Jason D. Rahlfs, who is also an attorney with the Firm. They have a daughter - Ava Rahlfs. In her spare time, Ms. Rahlfs enjoys spending time with her daughter and playing tennis and cooking with her husband
