Associate
Catherine Robinson joined the firm in 2005
after attaining her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech
University. Catherine’s
practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real
estate transactions, commercial lending, foreclosure and church
finance.
Catherine was raised primarily in Kentucky and Tennessee.
After her graduation from high school, she attended college
at Newbold College in Berkshire, England, where she graduated
cum laude with a B.B.A. in Business Administration in 1997.
Following graduation, Catherine and her husband lived in Albania
for the next two and a half years, where Catherine served as
the Finance Officer and Human Resources Director for the Adventist
Development and Relief Agency, a non-governmental organization.
During that time she helped to manage a $1 million U.N. World
Food Program food distribution project providing food to Kosovar
refugees as well as serving as a public relations spokesperson
for the agency.
Subsequent to the Kosovo Refugee Crisis in 1999, the Robinsons
returned to the United States, where Catherine received her
Series 7 stockbroker’s license before being offered a
full scholarship to pursue her law degree at the Texas Tech
School of Law and graduating magna cum laude in 2004.
Catherine is married to Sean Robinson, a native of Bolton,
England, and they have two children, Declan and Aislin. She
also takes an active role in her church, particularly in children’s
ministries and education. |
