Mr. Topper joined the firm in 2009. His practice primarily consists of real estate matters, probate, general litigation, and business/commercial law.

Tyler was born and raised in Plainview, Texas. He completed his undergraduate education at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview. While at Wayland, Tyler was inducted into the Alpha Chi National Honor Society and was Student Body President his senior year. Tyler graduated magna cum laude from Wayland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, earning highest ranking graduate honors. 

Following his undergraduate education, Tyler passed the Series 7 and Series 63 securities exams and began work at Edward Jones Investments in Carrollton, Texas. After a year in Carrollton, he was admitted into the Fall 2006 class at Baylor Law School. While at Baylor, Tyler was an octa-finalist in the Fall 2007 Dawson & Sodd, P.C. Moot Court Competition and was President of the Baylor chapter of the Christian Legal Society. He also assisted Professor Thomas Featherston in drafting proposed revisions to the Texas Probate Code for a State Bar Committee.

Tyler lives in Amarillo and is active in his local church. His interests include cycling, backpacking and traveling.
