Mr. Zinnecker received his law license in 2008 and joined the firm in 2009. His practice focuses on representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in general civil litigation, including disputes involving business, property, and probate matters, and defense of personal injury insurance claims.

Ben was born and raised in Austin, Texas and lived there until he started his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University. While there, he ran four marathons, including the Boston Marathon, which he qualified for in 2003. He also played the keyboard in a pop/rock band called Beggar Street Social. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2005 with a B.A. in Philosophy and is a member of the Phi Sigma Tau Philosophy Honors Society.

Following his undergraduate education, Ben attended Baylor Law School. While there, he received awards in several advocacy competitions: he was an octa-finalist in the Fall 2006 Dawson & Sodd, P.C. Moot Court Competition; a quarterfinalist in the Summer 2008 Wortham Top Gun Mock Trial Tournament; and a semifinalist in the 2008 National Pretrial Advocacy Competition hosted by Stetson University. In Fall 2008, he was Professor Gerald Powell’s assistant for Baylor’s rigorous advocacy training program known as Practice Court. Ben also married his wonderful wife Carrie while a student at Baylor.
